Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Agro Science Laboratories (ASL), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Important: Due to safety and quality reasons, opened or used biological products are not eligible for return or refund.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Full refund will be issued for cancelled orders before shipment
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof via email or WhatsApp
- Share your order ID and a description of the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of biological and liquid products, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with tampered packaging or broken seals
- Products stored improperly (e.g., exposed to extreme heat) after delivery
- Products returned after the 48-hour claim window
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The processing time is typically 7–10 business days, though bank processing delays may vary.
5. Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All labels and seals must be intact
- Return request must be within the specified timeframe
ASL reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our part
7. Important Disclaimer
Agricultural results may vary depending on soil conditions, weather, crop type, and application practices. Refunds will not be issued based on crop performance expectations or subjective results.
